Seminar: “10 things they don’t tell you when you buy a kitchen”

We had a great experience working with Innovative Kitchens. Our designer was full of ideas but also listened very carefully to us. The final product was exactly as we had planned. It all arrived on time and was installed perfectly. We loved the finished product and we would strongly recommend Innovative Kitchens to anyone.

Our Kitchen alteration by Innovate Kitchens was finished to a high quality and the service was friendly and efficient.

Innovative Kitchens did a great job for us, it was small because we were reusing our existing kitchen carcass but they were very thorough and gave me great advice regarding other elements of our kitchen I was getting done. I never used a kitchen designer, but chose the different elements and coordinated the tradesmen myself, however if was to get an entire kitchen redone, or for any joinery required, would go straight back to them.

We're super happy with our new kitchen. Our designer has been very helpful from the start, storage and workspace is utilized so efficiently that even with fewer cabinets (e.g. lower price) we have more than we expected! The cabinet installer was very punctual and has good eye for detail, he clearly cares about quality of his work. Overall, I am very impressed.

From our first contact with the team, they were attentive, listened to what we wanted and was upfront about costs. They explained how they worked, came to our house , made suggestions and was meticulous in his measurements. They were patient, pleasant and very helpful. When we finally decided on our kitchen plan they also helped us in making decisions about sinks , tap ware and colour of splash back. The team used to do the actual installation did an excellent job. I suppose there will always be some inconvenience in getting a new kitchen installed but ours was kept to a minimum. We are thrilled with the finished product and give Innovative Kitchens our highest recommendation.

GREAT JOB!! on our beautiful kitchen….everyone important in our lives has been around just to see this masterpiece and after the initial shock of its size (it is pretty big I have to admit – but it passed the Samoan-mama’s- 2bums-wide test with room to spare!), get it and love it as much as I do. We are very pleased with our decision to take our kitchen renovation project to Innovative Kitchens. Our new kitchen looks amazing, everyone commented on how stunning it is and it’s delivered according to our budget. We found our designer a pleasure to work with. Although we had good ideas on what we want for our kitchen, we were given some great suggestions along the way. We are impressed with their standard of quality especially about the installation which was flawless. They also went above and beyond to fit the microwave trimkit which didn’t come from the supplier as specified. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation to recommend Innovative Kitchens to others.

Innovative Kitchens helped us a few years ago with a telescopic towel rail. We were so impressed with the service and the layout of the showroom that we returned a few years later when we decided to build our own house. Innovative Kitchen's knowledge and experience was clear from the beginning, they listened well to what we wanted but made some excellent suggestions to get the best out of the space available. They made several drafts for us to review. Our designer made the time to sit down with us even if this meant going well over the closing time of the showroom.

Once the design was agreed on plenty of time was given to choose the different materials and colours to be used. The showroom is well set up and upstairs there is an amazing amount of materials to look at. The house was delayed a few times but our designer worked with us to get the kitchen in when the builders were ready.
The installer they used did a great job. He has excellent gear, works very tidy and wants to deliver the perfect job. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and are very pleased with the suggestions made by our designer during the design process and by the installer during the installation. We are very comfortable recommending Innovative Kitchens to anyone who is thinking about a new kitchen.

The cabinetry looks better than anticipated. The installer is a highly competent and very tidy worker.

Innovative Kitchens did a superb job with my kitchen and laundry. I couldn't be happier with the design and quality of workmanship. Our designer took the time to listen to my requirements, had a lot of ideas and showed me different options, creating a kitchen that is everything I wanted and more. And he stuck to the budget. I was kept well informed during the installation process, and neither designernor installer were happy until everything was perfect. I happily recommend Innovative Kitchens.

We had taken possession of a huge architecturally designed house and were hesitant to abuse the "bones" that had been designed in 68. Initially we had dreams of grandeur but after speaking to other outfits realised that this could not happen. Innovative Kitchens were to change this mindset and after a comprehensive series of briefing we chose to step into the void and follow their direction. They consulted us every step of the way, outlining details that we had/would never have thought of and delivered on time with precision, minimum fuss and right on budget that was set. What we found was that they were in fact the easiest and by far the most accurate trade we dealt with during the renovation process. I would happily recommend them and will use them for our next project and we are more than happy with the beautiful kitchen we now have.

Good listening skills and attention to our specific requirements were combined with some very good advice from our designer, who worked closely with us to achieve a great outcome- a kitchen both unique and convenient!

Our designer has exceeded his obligations and was prepared to take on a job other companies would find too demanding. A number of kitchen shops were offering product little better than flat pack options and were not prepared to think outside the square. Innovative Kitchens has delivered on time, on budget and within specification with my custom kitchen. The attention to detail in design, construction and installation is top notch. Our designer stands by his word, keeping to budget and making right any issues that come up along the way. Highly recommended.

Our designer was exceptionally helpful in the design and organisation of the major renovation of our kitchen/living and laundry areas. He had so much useful advice to offer, was extremely accommodating and did not lose his patience, even when we requested, on multiple occasions, significant plan changes we knew would eventually lead to us owning our dream kitchen. We are extremely satisfied with the results. this happened due to numerous new products becoming available. I was very impressed that our designer took time to understand what I wanted from a kitchen. I gave a budget and he stuck to it. He listened, and was meticulous with his attention to detail. I also appreciated that drawings were sent through quickly and timelines stuck to. I am very pleased with my kitchen, and it is very good value for money. Innovative Kitchens were very helpful, and were excellent sources of information and suggestions. The kitchen installer was excellent, it is an art form for him I am sure.
