A generous island is the centrepiece of the living area, and provides seating for guests, a focus for entertaining, ample space for preparation and cleaning and the waterfall ends feature the exquisite gold veins of the Trendstone Cala Eleganza engineered stone tops.

A barn door was installed to provide discreet access to the scullery and laundry facilities which were custom designed to include extra storage, bench space to store large appliances, and a pass through window to an outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.

Special consideration was given to ensure storage is easily accessible for the client with a mobility disability.

A herringbone marbled tile adds the perfect texture and detail to complement the vintage of the house, and the traditional style of the cabinet doors.
